Our Rates
Hourly Rates
Our hourly rates are billed at $100 per hour.
After Hours and Holidays are billed at $150 per Hour
On-Site Rates
We charge $50 per on-site visit anywhere within the city limits of Naples plus a minimum of one hour, $100 to diagnose and repair the problem, a minimum of $150 for the first hour. Each additional hour is billed at $100 per hour.
Flat Rates
Many jobs are quoted using a flat rate proposal. Our proposals include a Statement of Work outling what is and what is not included within the scope of the project. Please call us to discuss your project.
Payment Options
We accept cash, check, credit cards, paypal, venmo, apple pay and google pay for your convenience.
Refund Policy
We do not provide refunds. We do not guarantee your computer can be repaired by us. There can be issues that cannot be repaired. We will attempt to repair your computer and will charge for the time we are trying to repair your computer. If we cannot repair your computer and spend time attempting to repair your computer we will not return the fees charged for the attempt.
